Assistant Client Services Specialist

Marshall and Sterling Inc

Marshall & Sterling Inc is seeking an Assistant Client Services Specialist to support our Personal Lines team. In this entry-level role, you’ll assist with policy servicing, quotes, renewals, endorsements, and claims intake for personal insurance clients. You’ll respond to client inquiries, maintain accurate records in our agency systems, and coordinate with carriers to resolve issues. Working in our collaborative, community-focused culture, you’ll receive training, mentorship, and growth opportunities while helping deliver exceptional client service.
