Corporate RecruiterThe Corporate Recruiter is part of the Talent Acquisition Team and is responsible for attracting, sourcing, interviewing, and hiring qualified talent across professional, technical, manufacturing, and leadership positions. This role partners closely with hiring managers to develop recruiting strategies that support organizational growth and workforce planning initiatives.The ideal candidate is a relationship builder who understands the importance of finding the right talent, creating a positive candidate experience, and partnering with leaders throughout the hiring process.What You'll DoManage the full recruitment lifecycle from requisition approval through onboardingConduct intake meetings with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and develop effective recruiting strategiesSource candidates through job boards, social media, referrals, networking, direct outreach, and other recruiting channelsDevelop talent pipelines for critical and recurring positionsScreen applicants and conduct interviews to assess qualifications and alignmentCoordinate interview schedules and maintain clear communication with candidates and hiring managersFacilitate offer creation and negotiation processesProvide hiring managers with candidate assessments, recommendations, and recruiting insightsAdvise managers on recruiting best practices and market conditionsTrack recruiting metrics and hiring progressSupport employer branding initiatives, career fairs, and recruiting events while promoting Lanco's culture and employment value propositionWhat You Bring3–5 years of recruiting experienceAssociate degree or equivalent experience required; Bachelor's degree preferredExperience recruiting for manufacturing, technical, engineering, or professional positionsExperience using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and sourcing toolsStrong interviewing, communication, and relationship-building skillsAbility to manage multiple priorities, stay organized, and effectively multi-task in a fast-paced environmentStrong sense of ownership, accountability, and follow-through throughout the recruiting processStrong problem-solving, planning, organization, and attention to detail skillsExperience supporting a multi-site, multi-business unit organization preferredWorking knowledge of federal and state employment regulationsProficiency with Microsoft Office productsWork EnvironmentOffice-based role with controlled conditions and moderate noise. Occasional travel may be required based on business needs.Compensation/BenefitsWe offer a collaborative environment focused on innovation and continuous improvement. The salary range for this role is $65,000 to $80,000, with final compensation based on experience, education, skills, and location.
