Copier OperatorOur Copier Operator works closely with customers and our sales team, providing support with the goal of increasing sales and customer satisfaction.Responsibilities include:Produce copy jobs, experience in Ricoh MachinesExperience in Fiery systemSchedule jobs by due dates indicated or as requested by management.Call for copier maintenance when necessary and notify management.Send monthly copier usage log to vendor.Operate all copiers in accordance with equipment operating procedures.Perform maintenance per the guidelines on a daily/weekly/monthly basis.Communicate with the other employees and/or the customer for a complete understanding of the copy order.Print manuals, brochures, envelopes, and business cardsPerform troubleshooting with the equipment when necessary.Order and stock inventory and supplies per the direction of management.Skills we are looking for:An understanding of copiers, their functions, and processes.An aptitude for math and detail.Able to apply written instructions about machine set-up and maintenance.Skills desired, but not required:Assist with job packaging as needed.Comply with all OSHA safety requirements.Experience with PrintSmith or PrintersPlanCompensation: $19.00 - $23.00 per hourWe are one of the nation’s leading communications businesses backed by 50 years of professional experience and extraordinary growth.
