Human Resources Coordinator

Overview We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented HR Coordinator to support daily human resources operations at our Eastvale location. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is looking to grow their HR career. The HR Coordinator will play a key role in onboarding, administrative support, employee relations, and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures. Responsibilities Coordinate and support onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring a smooth employee experience Maintain accurate employee records and HRIS data Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries regarding HR policies, benefits, and procedures Assist with benefits administration, including enrollments, updates, and employee communications Support payroll processing by ensuring data accuracy and timely submissions Help coordinate employee engagement initiatives and HR programs Ensure compliance with federal, state (California), and local labor laws Assist with audits, reporting, and HR documentation Provide administrative support to the HR team as needed Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred 1–3 years of experience in an HR or administrative role Basic understanding of HR principles and California employment laws Experience working with HRIS systems (e.g., ADP, Workday, UKG) is a plus Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism Preferred Qualifications HR certification (PHR, SHRM-CP) or progress toward certification Experience in a fast-paced or high-volume environment Competitive salary based on experience Medical, dental, and vision insurance 401(k) plan with company match Paid time off and holidays Opportunities for career development and advancement Fully on-site role in Eastvale, CA Collaborative, team-oriented workplace Benefits Benefit offerings include medical, dental, vision, additional voluntary benefits, and a 401K plan.
