This position participates in our compensation program, which provides opportunities for future pay growth based on performance and career development.401(k) with a dollar-for-dollar company match up to 4%Hotel discounts at select Western States Lodging & Management propertiesEligible full-time associates are entitled to the following:Medical, Dental, and Vision insurance plans plus Health Savings Account (HSA) optionsOptional supplemental benefits, including accident, critical illness, hospital indemnity, and other coverage options.Personal Time Off (PTO) and Vacation benefitsScheduleWe're currently hiring for three Maintenance Technician schedule options:Full-TimeFriday – Tuesday | 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM (includes weekends)Part-Time EveningSunday – Thursday | 5:00 PM – 10:00 PMPart-Time Weekend EveningsFriday, Saturday & Sunday | 5:00 PM – 11:00 PMWhat You'll DoPerform routine preventative maintenance throughout the hotelTroubleshoot and repair electrical, plumbing, HVAC, mechanical, and general building issuesComplete guest maintenance requests quickly and professionallyRepair and maintain hotel equipment, fixtures, furniture, and appliancesIdentify maintenance concerns before they become larger issuesMaintain clean, safe, and attractive indoor and outdoor spacesDocument completed work and maintenance activitiesAssist with room inspections and property upkeepWork safely while using hand and power toolsSupport other departments as needed to ensure an outstanding guest experienceWhat We're Looking ForExperience in hotel, apartment, commercial, or general building maintenance preferredBasic knowledge of electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and general mechanical repairsStrong troubleshooting and problem-solving skillsComfortable using maintenance software and basic computer applicationsSelf-motivated with the ability to work independentlyFriendly, professional, and guest-focused attitudeStrong organizational and time management skillsAble to prioritize multiple maintenance requests in a fast-paced environmentReliable, detail-oriented, and committed to preventative maintenanceAble to safely lift, carry, push, and pull maintenance equipment and suppliesValid driver's license with a clean driving record preferredBilingual candidates are encouraged to applyMore Than MaintenanceWe're looking for someone who enjoys interacting with guests just as much as they enjoy fixing things.
