Job Summary As part of the Digital Experiences team, you will lead end-to-end publishing operations for corporate social media channels, including LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube. This role focuses on content planning, publishing, community engagement, editorial calendar management, and cross-functional collaboration to support high-impact corporate communications. Responsibilities Lead end-to-end social publishing operations and manage the editorial calendar. Coordinate cross-functional content planning, approvals, and publishing workflows. Partner with creative and communications teams to develop engaging social content. Manage community engagement by monitoring comments, direct messages, and audience sentiment. Identify engagement opportunities and escalate issues when necessary. Continuously improve publishing workflows and operational processes. Utilize enterprise tools such as Sprinklr, Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), and Digital Asset Management (DAM) systems. Support global corporate editorial processes and ensure content aligns with strategic communication objectives. Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Digital Communications, Social Media, Communications, Marketing, or a related field. 5+ years of experience in digital communications, social media management, editorial planning, or a related role. Proven experience managing corporate or executive social media accounts in a complex global organization. Strong copywriting, editing, and content creation skills across multiple social platforms and content formats. Experience with enterprise social publishing and governance tools such as Sprinklr and Adobe Experience Manager. Strong organizational, stakeholder management, and workflow coordination skills.
