This role may be hired at the Director or at the Executive Director level depending on the qualifications, education, and experience level of the selected candidate.ResponsibilitiesProvides vision and direction in developing pathfinding programs in advanced heterogenous integration.Identifies key priorities in advanced semiconductor technology to ensure that TIE creates immediate and long-term impact in the semiconductor design and manufacturing sector.Manage a multi-disciplinary, highly qualified team to achieve TIE research development and strategic goals.Oversees development of semiconductor process flows that will advance the state-of-the-art in critical semiconductor domains such as advanced packaging.Required QualificationsBachelor's degree in materials science, chemical engineering, electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, or other relevant disciplineFifteen (15) years of work experience in semiconductor fabrication, including at least 5 years of managing or supervising programsSignificant exposure to pathfinding programs, including exploring novel materials and processes, and process integration R&DGoal-oriented and ability to prioritize and multitaskExcellent written and verbal communication skillsAbility to work well in teamsPreferred QualificationsGraduate or more years of experience working with standard semiconductor processes for patterning, wet and dry etching, deposition, metrology, and characterizationSalary RangeTIE Pays Industry Competitive SalariesWorking ConditionsMay work in standard office conditionsRepetitive use of a keyboard at a workstationUse of manual dexterityWork is performed on-site in a scientific research environment, with dynamic work conditions and frequent interruptions.Work outside standard office hours could be required occasionally during peak periods and special events.Required MaterialsResume/CV3 work references with their contact information; at least one reference should be from a supervisorLetter of interest
