About the Role

This includes the transition to market-standard platforms, the evolution of proprietary systems, and the integration of data, AI, and modern technology. The CTO will also be tasked with building a robust data foundation, identifying AI and automation opportunities, and strengthening technology governance and cybersecurity practices. Key requirements for the CTO position at the company include senior technology leadership experience in a regulated life sciences environment, a proven track record in technology transformation and platform modernization, and a strong background in clinical technology environments. The role demands a leader with practical experience in data architecture, cloud platforms, and modern enterprise technology, as well as the ability to connect technology investments to measurable business value. The ideal candidate will have a hands-on, entrepreneurial leadership style, and the ability to work effectively with executives, technical teams, and biotech/pharma customers.
