About the Company Prestigious law firm is seeking an experienced business immigration paralegal to join their global immigration team on a contract basis. Great firm culture and very dynamic team. This is a temp to perm role. May convert after 90 days! Must live in New York! About the Role Looking for at least 3 years of business immigration experience. Mostly remote work schedule. May have to go to office once in a while. Responsibilities Analyze case documents and prepare visa and work permit applications for filing with the appropriate foreign government agency. Draft applications and specialized support letters detailing eligibility for visa classification and other immigration benefits. Qualifications At least 3 years of business immigration experience. Preferred Skills US business immigration experience or global mobility (immigration) experience Familiarity with visa classification and immigration benefits.
