Partner with cross-functional team members to foster a high-performance environment and drive collective project success. Execute administrative support functions to maintain accurate documentation and operational oversight. Contribute to the refinement of internal processes by identifying bottlenecks and proposing actionable improvements. Assist leadership in the rollout of new operational strategies to enhance overall output quality. Maintain clear communication channels across the team to ensure alignment on daily objectives and safety standards. Qualifications Required Skills High school diploma or equivalent educational background. Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and general office software. Strong organizational skills with a high level of attention to detail. Excellent interpersonal and verbal communication abilities. Proven capacity to work effectively both as an independent contributor and a team player. Preferred Skills Prior experience in an operations, administrative, or production support role.
