The Position: The Aquatics Manager oversees the daily operation of our swim program, ensuring a safe, consistent, and exceptional experience for swimmers, families, and team members. Your Responsibilities: Hire, train, develop, and manage swim instructors. Create and manage employee and lesson schedules to support operational excellence Oversee customer service onsite, by phone, and email while resolving escalated customer concerns. Assist with swim instruction and deck supervision as needed Minimum Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent One or more years of leadership, supervisory, or management experience One or more years of customer service experience Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills Ability to lead with professionalism, integrity, accountability, and positivity Proficiency with Google Workspace and/or Microsoft Office Preferred Qualifications: Experience in swimming and fitness teaching/management is preferred. A specialist aquatics qualification is desirable, but not required. Lifeguard, CPR, First Aid Certifications, may be obtained during training. Certified Pool Operator (CPO) certification Compensation: $21 - $23 per hour (Up to 20hr /Wk.) Each franchise location is independently owned and operated by a franchisee (franchise owner).
