As an Aquatics Manager, you will play a vital role in creating a safe, fun, and supportive environment where children and families gain lifesaving water safety skills and confidence around water.

The Position

The Aquatics Manager oversees the daily operations of our swim program, ensuring a safe, consistent, and exceptional experience for swimmers, families, and team members. This role combines leadership, onsite customer service, team development, and operational excellence to help deliver the outstanding experience families expect from British Swim School.

Your Responsibilities

• Recruit, train, coach, and develop a team of exceptional swim instructors
• Create and manage employee and lesson schedules to ensure operational excellence
• Provide outstanding customer service onsite.
• Assist with Swim lessons as needed.
• Resolve escalated customer concerns with professionalism and care
• Monitor program quality and maintain British Swim School standards
• Support business growth through member retention and exceptional customer experiences

Minimum Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• One or more years of customer service experience
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to lead with professionalism, integrity, positivity, and accountability
• Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in aquatics, swim instruction, fitness, recreation, or team management preferred
• Specialized aquatics certification is desirable but not required
• Lifeguard, CPR, and First Aid certifications are a plus and may be obtained during training
• One or More Years of Management Experience is preferred. 

Compensation

• $21 - $23 per hour
•   Up to 20 hours per week
