Customer-Focused Auto Service Advisor
Balise Auto
Balise Auto is seeking a Service Advisor to provide exceptional customer service, greet customers professionally, and identify, confirm, and communicate service needs based on multi-point inspections. You will communicate with technicians to ensure customer expectations are understood. You will manage repair orders in the CDK system, present accurate estimates, and obtain approvals.
