This role works closely with leadership supporting operational execution across a rapidly growing global deployment organization.

You will help support the operational rhythm behind deployments into some of the most important infrastructure environments in the world.

This is not a traditional assistant role.

What You’ll Do

• Coordinate scheduling, communication, and operational execution across multiple priorities

• Handle outbound calls and follow-up communication with professionalism and confidence

• Support candidate and client coordination with precision and responsiveness

• Maintain operational systems, records, and deployment data accurately

• Assist leadership with organizational, operational, and communication priorities

• Help maintain a high standard of professionalism and execution across the company

Compensation & Schedule

• $46,000–$52,000 annually + performance bonuses

• Full-time

• Phoenix, Arizona
