Account Representative
GG Media is seeking a dedicated and results-oriented Account Representative to serve as a key point of contact between the company and its clients. This role focuses on maintaining strong relationships, understanding client needs, and ensuring exceptional service delivery while supporting business objectives. Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain relationships with assigned client accounts
- Serve as a primary contact for client inquiries and ongoing communication
- Understand client needs and provide tailored solutions
- Coordinate internally to ensure timely and accurate service delivery
- Monitor account performance and identify opportunities for growth
- Maintain accurate records and documentation related to client accounts
- Support account planning and reporting activities
