What You'll Do Manage full-cycle recruiting from sourcing through offer Partner with leaders on hiring needs and workforce planning Source candidates through Indeed, networking, referrals, and social media Screen and interview candidates Present top talent and influence hiring decisions Build talent pipelines for current and future openings Deliver an exceptional candidate experience What We're Looking For 1+ year of recruiting, staffing, or talent acquisition experience Agency recruiting experience highly preferred Strong sourcing and relationship-building skills Ability to manage multiple openings simultaneously Experience with ATS platforms and Indeed preferred Why Join Us?
