CoWorx Staffing Service is looking for a detail-oriented Title Support Specialist to support our client, Yamaha Motor. The ideal candidate will handle high-volume customer inquiries and process title documentation in a fast-paced call center environment. This role supports customers, internal teams, and external partners to ensure accurate, timely completion of title-related tasks.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle high-volume inbound and outbound calls related to title inquiries.
• Process title transfers, releases, reassignments, and documentation per requirements.
• Research and resolve title discrepancies with proper documentation and follow-up.
• Provide customers clear information on title processes and requirements.
• Collaborate with internal teams, dealerships, lenders, and agencies.
• Maintain accurate records using title and loan systems.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory guidelines.

Qualifications/What We Are Looking For

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Customer service experience required; call center or title experience preferred.
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to problem-solve, multitask, and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with CRM systems, title software, and Microsoft Office. Familiarity with title regulations is a plus.
