Overview Community Outreach Specialist (Healthcare Sales) – Full Time Competitive Base Salary + Commission Opportunity Clinical Magnet (part of ICON Medical Network) is seeking an experienced and results-oriented Community Outreach Specialist to drive growth through referral development, community engagement, and participant enrollment. Position Overview The Community Outreach Specialist is responsible for developing referral partnerships, increasing community awareness, and generating qualified enrollments within an assigned territory. This field-based role requires strong networking, consultative selling, and account management skills to build relationships with healthcare professionals, community organizations, and prospective participants.
