Production Operator

About The Role Overview: Our client is seeking dependable Production Operators to join its growing manufacturing team. This position supports a dynamic production environment with evolving processes and offers the opportunity to contribute directly to quality, efficiency, and continuous improvement. The ideal candidates are reliable, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a small, team-based, task-focused environment. What you'll be doing Key Responsibilities: Prepare and kit materials for production according to work orders and specifications. Clean and prepare parts for manufacturing processes. Operate production equipment, including media blasting equipment, punch presses, transfer molding presses, and sawing equipment. Perform detailed assembly, inspection, and handling of small components requiring precision and close attention to detail. Follow established work instructions, quality standards, and safety procedures throughout the production process. Inspect finished components to ensure they meet quality and workmanship requirements. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area. Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance manufacturing processes, quality, and efficiency. About you Qualifications: High school diploma, GED, or equivalent. Experience using tweezers and small hand tools under a microscope. Ability to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing. Ability to read and follow inspection, assembly, and rework instructions. Basic math skills. Preferred Skills: Previous electronics manufacturing experience. Experience working in a Lean Manufacturing environment Applicants must be authorized to work for ANY employer in the US.
