Job Posting: Special Grind Area Operator

Location: Wilsonville, OR
Shift: Swing Shift (Monday to Friday, 2:30 pm – 11:00 pm)
Pay Rate: $20.90/hr Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Follow instructions to produce in-spec product.
• Use a microscope for precision work.
• Understand and apply the metric system.
• Communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing.
• Adapt to working in various areas as needed.
• Perform duties as assigned by supervisor.
• Maintain compliance with all company policies and procedures.
• Run and oversee multiple machines.

Physical Requirements:

• Safely and successfully perform all essential job functions.
• Meet standards of attendance and punctuality.
• Work extended hours when required (overtime).
• Work seated and standing for extended periods.
• Identify and see small imperfections on products.
