About the Role
The Company is seeking an Associate Vice President of Ambulatory Operations to play a pivotal role in the planning, development, and implementation of new clinic services and programs. The successful candidate will be responsible for the oversight of the clinic network's operations, including the recruitment and approval of new physicians, and the strategic development of ambulatory services. This role demands a high level of involvement in all aspects of healthcare services, from the short to the long term, and requires a passion for developing ambulatory services to a high degree of excellence and coordination. The Associate Vice President will also be tasked with managing large multi-specialty groups, ensuring fiscal viability, and maintaining compliance with regulatory standards. Applicants for this position at the company should have a Bachelor's degree, with a Master's degree preferred, and at least 10 years of progressive management experience in ambulatory or related healthcare. The role requires strong relationship skills, the ability to work with clinical leadership, and a proven track record in team building, mentoring, and business planning. The ideal candidate will be adept at financial, technical, and professional skills, and have a working knowledge of local, state, and federal regulations pertaining to professional billing and collections. Experience in strategic planning, marketing, and human resources is essential, as is the ability to be creative, innovative, and decisive in a complex healthcare environment.
