About the Role

The Company is seeking a Vice President for Research to provide strategic leadership and oversight of its research enterprise. The successful candidate will be responsible for fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and excellence in research. This role involves developing and implementing research policies, managing research funding, and ensuring compliance with ethical and regulatory standards. The Vice President for Research will also be tasked with promoting interdisciplinary research and facilitating partnerships with industry and other external organizations. Applicants for the Vice President for Research position at the company should have a Ph.D. or equivalent degree in a relevant field, with a strong record of scholarly achievement. The role requires a visionary leader with a proven track record in research administration and a deep understanding of the research landscape.
