Manufacturing Technical WriterIndianapolis, IN, United States$ 29.00 - 30.00 (US Dollar)About the JobManufacturing Technical Writer needs 2+ tech writing, quality assurance experienceManufacturing Technical Writer requires:Bachelors Degree or Work ExperienceExperience in Technical WritingStrong communication and attention to details skillsAbility to work independently and in a team environmentResponsible for maintaining a safe work environment, working safely and accountable for supporting all HSE Corporate and Site Goals8-hour days Monday Friday on site is required - work outside of standard hours may be requiredOnsite position at manufacturing plant, will need to wear safety glasses and steel toe shoes.Manufacturing Technical Writer DutiesCreate/revise, SOPs, training, and related documents, ensuring all documents are delivered on-time, follow established format and template, and are compliant with corporate/local policies to meet all regulatory requirements and commitmentsWorking with business functions and subject matter experts, participate in usability testing and/or compiling revision comments for SOPs and training documents as requiredParticipate in and/or facilitate the review/approval process (including meetings) required to revise, create, and route the documents thru approval in EDMS (electronic document management system)Anticipate and adjust for project/program issues, escalating as appropriate
