Responsibilities

• Spot and Catch Defects instantly: Maintain continuous, high-level visual focus on the fast-moving production line to immediately flag and remove items with scratches, cosmetic flaws, or color defects.
• Audit for Perfection: Periodically pull random samples straight from the line to perform close-up visual quality checks, ensuring the overall batch meets strict brand standards.
• Route and Separate Materials: Instantly separate defective items from approved products, ensuring the high-quality items move forward to packaging while flawed materials are routed safely for recycling.

The essential functions of this role include:

• working up to 4 hrs of overtime per week
