What You'll Do as a Dynamic Team Lead
- Run restaurant shifts smoothly and efficiently
- Lead and motivate team members to deliver outstanding guest experiences
- Support daily restaurant operations to increase sales and maintain high-quality service
- Address and resolve guest inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally

What We Expect From You
- Availability to work varied schedules including evenings and weekends
- Reliable transportation and dependable attendance
- Minimum three months experience as a restaurant team member
- Ability to read, write, and interpret documents
- High school degree or equivalent
- A positive attitude with creative problem-solving skills
- An adaptable mindset that can handle a high-paced atmosphere
