Full Time Cashier

Overview In this role, you have the opportunity to create a great lasting impression for the Customer by providing exceptional service at the cash wrap. As a key member of the team, in addition to completing customer transactions, you’ll help find solutions to Customer’s needs and suggest additional products to complement their purchases. Responsibilities Providing an engaging, convenient, and accurate checkout for the customer Delivering sales, outstanding customer experience, and operational expectations Partnering with store leadership to resolve customer concerns in a courteous and helpful manner Maintaining personal and productivity goals Connecting with every customer by asking open-ended questions to assess needs Managing customer payments Learning and sharing expertise of products and trends to fit customer’s needs Maintaining awareness of all product knowledge and current or upcoming product/trends Contributing to a positive and inclusive work environment Qualifications 0-3 months of retail experience Confident and comfortable engaging customers to deliver an elevated experience Exude a friendly and positive demeanor at all times Motivated to achieve great results through enthusiasm from interacting with customers and athletic products Initiates completion of tasks or activities without necessary supervision Flexible availability – including nights, weekends, and holidays Benefits Pay Rate: $13.00 /hour 30-50% Employee Discount Paid Time Off Life, Medical, and Dental Coverage Development and Advancement Opportunities #J-18808-Ljbffr Foot Locker, Inc.
