Role Description Develop and execute high-impact marketing campaigns across digital channels (email, social, content, SEO, paid media, and more). Create compelling content that resonates with our target audience, from blog posts and social campaigns to videos and lead magnets. Analyze campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, Salesforce Marketing, or similar platforms and turn insights into actionable improvements. Collaborate closely with sales, product, and design teams to ensure seamless, on-brand experiences. Help identify and test new marketing opportunities, trends, and technologies to keep us ahead of the curve. Manage and optimize our social media presence to build community and drive engagement. Generating and nurturing high-quality leads through targeted campaigns and automated workflows. Developing sales enablement materials such as case studies, product one-pagers, battle cards, and presentations. Building and optimizing email nurture sequences to move prospects through the sales funnel. Collaborating with the sales team to align messaging, refine buyer personas, and support pipeline acceleration. Tracking marketing-sourced revenue and providing insights to improve conversion rates. Qualifications 3+ years of hands-on marketing experience (agency or in-house). Proven track record of running successful multi-channel campaigns that delivered measurable results (ROI, lead generation, engagement). Strong writing and storytelling skills with a keen eye for design and brand consistency. Proficiency with marketing tools (Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO tools, email platforms, analytics suites). Creative mindset paired with analytical skills — you love both big ideas and diving into the data. Self-starter attitude who thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
