CT Technologist II

Role Overview Assist in delivering safe, high-quality CT imaging care in a team-oriented, patient-centered environment. Responsible for executing clinical procedures, selecting appropriate technical factors, and adhering to radiation safety principles. Supports departmental performance improvement, maintains a clean and prepared work environment, and communicates effectively with patients and care teams. Key Duties Perform CT scans, IV access, contrast administration, and assist with invasive procedures. Participate in quality control, workflow optimization, and staff training activities. Ensure proper equipment operation, maintain a sterile environment, and verify patient orders. Provide patient education, address concerns, and document care activities accurately. Maintain professionalism, ensuring compliance with regulations and ethical standards. Qualifications & Skills Associate degree and certification from an accredited radiologic technology program. ARRT(R) and CT certifications, or NMTCB(CT) registration required. Less than 1 year of CT experience; 10+ years for internal candidates preferred. BLS/CPR certification upon hire. Knowledge of cross-sectional anatomy, radiation safety, and patient care techniques. Strong communication, computer skills, and professionalism aligned with organizational values. #J-18808-Ljbffr
