ProCare Therapy is partnering with a supportive school district in the Little Rock area and is seeking a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist or Speech-Language Pathology Assistant to join their team for the full 2026-2027 school year.

Position Details

• Full-time position
• 2026-2027 school year
• Start date: August 2026
• Onsite school-based setting
• Caseload spans all grade levels (K-12)
• Multiple opportunities available throughout the Little Rock, North Little Rock, and Conway areas
• Typical workday begins between 7:30 AM and 8:00 AM
• Typical workday ends between 3:30 PM and 4:00 PM
• Qualifications
• Active Arkansas SLP or SLPA license
• ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred
• Clinical Fellowship Year candidates (CFY-SLP) encouraged to apply
• School-based experience preferred
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team

Responsibilities

• Provide speech and language evaluations, therapy services, and progress monitoring
• Collaborate with teachers, administrators, families, and related service providers
• Maintain accurate documentation and compliance with special education requirements
• Support students across a variety of age groups and communication needs
