Guidewire PolicyCenter Developer

Salary: $80,000 - 108,000 per year Requirements:
- Guidewire PolicyCenter Associate or ACE certification.
- At least 9 years of hands-on experience with Guidewire PolicyCenter modules.
- Practical knowledge of Guidewire configuration and/or integration.
- Experience completing an end-to-end Guidewire Cloud implementation.
- Development experience with Guidewire Gosu code, APIs, methods, rules, and processes.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to work collaboratively.
- Nice to have: experience with PolicyCenter implementations and state rollouts, including state-specific forms, rating, business rules, underwriting issues, PCF changes, and integrations.
- Nice to have: experience with SQL Server or Oracle, third-party application integrations, and application servers or J2EE containers such as WebSphere, Apache Tomcat, or JBoss.
- Implement and support Guidewire PolicyCenter.
- Provide technical leadership and guidance to junior Guidewire associates on development and support.
- Develop configuration and integration features based on requirements.
- Work with onsite and offshore teams to understand client business needs, assess technical feasibility, and communicate requirements to support high-quality offshore delivery.
- Dedicate approximately 40–60% of working time to release development work.
- Coordinate onsite and offshore teams to resolve production incidents.
- Review offshore development in areas including rating, PCF configuration, business rules, and data model creation.
- Manage and communicate team status to onsite management.
- Provide production technical support for Guidewire PolicyCenter.
- Coordinate defect analysis with the team.
- Work with other service providers and integration owners to help keep applications operational.
