Bookkeeper

The role We're looking for a skilled Bookkeeper to join our tight-knit team. You'll handle daily financial operations — maintaining precise transaction records, preparing financial statements, reconciling accounts, and managing journal entries — all while collaborating with our team to keep compliance smooth and processes streamlined. Software you'll use QuickBooks Online - Cloud-based bookkeeping, invoicing, and reporting — proficiency required QuickBooks Desktop - On-premise accounting for select clients — experience required What you'll bring Hands‑on bookkeeping experience in both QuickBooks Online and QuickBooks Desktop Strong skills preparing and maintaining accurate financial records and journal entries Proficiency reading and producing financial statements Solid understanding of core accounting and finance principles Sharp attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and a knack for meeting deadlines Excellent communication skills — you work well with a collaborative team Bonus: prior experience at a tax or accounting firm Preferred: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field #J-18808-Ljbffr
