Role Overview:

We are seeking an experienced PMO professional to support program/project management, budgeting, reporting, governance, and change management activities. The ideal candidate should have strong analytical skills, excellent communication, and advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint .

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage project/program budgets , financial tracking, forecasting, and variance analysis.
• Prepare and maintain project plans, status reports, dashboards, and executive presentations .
• Develop high-quality presentations and reports using PowerPoint and Excel .
• Support program/project management , governance, milestones, risks, issues, and dependencies.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders to ensure timely delivery.
• Drive and support change management activities, including communication and adoption.
• Track project KPIs, action items, deliverables, and overall program progress.
• Facilitate project meetings and provide clear and effective stakeholder communication.
• Identify risks and issues and support mitigation and resolution activities.

Required Skills:

• Strong PMO / Program / Project Management experience.
• Hands-on experience with budgeting, financial tracking, and reporting .
• Advanced Excel skills Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, formulas, dashboards, data analysis.
• Strong PowerPoint skills with experience creating executive-level presentations.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience in Change Management and stakeholder management.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
