Job Summary

All IT Solutions is seeking a Program Manager - Senior to join a client engagement.

Required Qualifications

• Experience leading complex organizational transformation and change management initiatives
• Knowledge and application of industry-standard change management frameworks and methodologies
• Experience conducting stakeholder analysis, impact assessments, readiness assessments, and change planning
• Demonstrated success driving organizational adoption and culture change
• Experience establishing change governance and performance measurement frameworks
• Experience designing and executing large-scale communications and engagement strategies
• Experience developing executive-level communications, presentations, key messages, and engagement materials
• Experience working within public sector environments, including governance, approvals, accountability requirements, and labour relations considerations
• Ability to work onsite 3 days per week

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity with Government of Ontario, GovTechON, CCOM, and product-based delivery principles is considered an asset
