You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and act as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. Assist customers with policy changes and inquiries. Process insurance claims and follow up with customers on claim status. Coordinate with underwriters to ensure timely policy issuance. Qualifications Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Excellent customer service and communication skills. Previous experience in insurance or a related field preferred. Compensation: $45,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year About Our Agency Our office is located in Salisbury, MD. I have been a State Farm agent since 2013. Before becoming a State Farm Agent, I was previously employed as a State Farm Agent Team Member. We have 20 years of combined insurance experience in our office.
