Treasury Analyst

Role Description

As a Treasury Analyst at Reach, you’ll support the day-to-day operations of our global treasury function, working across cash management, FX, and treasury systems. Reporting to the Head of Treasury, you’ll play a key role in managing liquidity and supporting financial risk processes across a multi-entity, multi-currency environment. This is a great opportunity for someone early in their career to gain hands-on experience in a global FinTech.

Monitor daily cash positions and support liquidity management
Prepare cash flow forecasts and analyze variances
Assist with FX exposure tracking and hedging activities
Support treasury systems, reporting, and automation
Partner with internal teams and banking partners
Contribute to process improvements across treasury operations

Qualifications

Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or similar
Up to 3 years of experience in treasury, finance, or accounting
Strong Excel and analytical skills
High attention to detail and organization
Clear communication and ability to work remotely
