Listen attentively to understand their needs for specific auto parts. Efficiently locate and identify the correct parts using catalogs and computer systems. Provide clear information on part availability, pricing, and estimated delivery times. Manage parts inventory, including receiving, stocking, and organizing parts to ensure accuracy and accessibility. Process customer orders and payments accurately and efficiently. Collaborate with service technicians to ensure they have the parts they need for repairs. Maintain a clean and organized parts department workspace. Build positive relationships with customers, fostering loyalty and repeat business. Requirements Proven experience as an Automotive Parts Advisor or in a similar customer-facing role within the automotive industry. In-depth knowledge of automotive parts, including domestic and import vehicles. Familiarity with auto parts cataloging systems and inventory management software. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a friendly and approachable demeanor. Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.
