About the Role Landscape Workshop is growing exponentially and is seeking an Account Manager to serve as a key liaison between our clients and internal maintenance teams. In this role, you'll lead crews, build strong client relationships, drive quality and safety initiatives, manage budgets and schedules, oversee equipment and resources, and play an important role in client retention and business growth. What You'll Be Doing: Lead and support landscape maintenance crews to ensure efficient daily operations and exceptional service delivery. Create and manage schedules, allocate resources, and keep projects running smoothly. Build lasting client relationships through proactive communication, follow-up, and regular property visits. Deliver a best-in-class client experience by understanding needs and exceeding expectations. Coach and develop team members on industry best practices and company standards. Promote a culture of safety and professionalism across all job sites. Monitor labor hours, expenses, revenue, and branch performance goals. Oversee equipment maintenance and repairs to maximize productivity and operational efficiency. Support client retention efforts and identify opportunities for account growth. What We’re Looking For: Minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer-facing role working directly with clients or customers. Minimum of 2 years of experience leading and managing landscape maintenance crews. Proven ability to motivate, develop, and lead teams effectively. Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred. Skills & Tools to Succeed: Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong problem-solving abilities with a proactive, results-oriented mindset. Ability to work independently, prioritize responsibilities, and drive successful outcomes. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook. Why Join Landscape Workshop?
