Key Responsibilities\n

• Establish and nurture a positive, trusting rapport with each patient, ensuring they feel safe and supported during their therapeutic journey.

• Conduct thorough assessments and accurately diagnose mental health disorders to formulate effective treatment strategies tailored to individual patient needs.

• Develop comprehensive, personalized treatment plans that incorporate evidence-based practices and the patient’s specific circumstances and goals.

• Facilitate regular one-on-one and group therapy sessions, employing a variety of therapeutic modalities to engage diverse patient populations.

• Continuously monitor and assess patient progress through ongoing evaluations, adjusting treatment plans as needed to optimize outcomes.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure holistic care approaches, including making timely referrals to specialists when appropriate.

• Document all patient interactions and treatment plans in accordance with best practices and organizational policies, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with HIPAA regulations.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a diverse range of clients, including individuals and families dealing with various mental health issues such as relationship struggles, trauma, depression, anxiety disorders, and substance use disorders. Your role will be crucial in helping these patients develop coping strategies, improve communication within relationships, and foster healthier lifestyles. Qualifications\n

• A valid LMFT license to practice in the state of Florida.

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or a related field.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers a competitive salary range of $75,000 to $100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications. Additional benefits include a comprehensive compensation package for employees working 30 hours per week, which features:
