This inpatient hospital operates as a facility with a broad surgical program and a high volume of diverse cases. The anesthesia department functions under a medical direction model, supporting a wide range of surgical specialties including OB and trauma. The facility maintains established perioperative protocols designed to support quality patient care delivery across its inpatient and operating room settings.

Bucks County, Pennsylvania offers a range of attractions suited to varied interests. Clinicians on assignment will find a variety of recreational and scenic options, from roadside attractions to natural destinations, providing diverse opportunities for leisure during their time in the region.

This locum tenens anesthesiologist position covers day shifts Monday through Friday on 10-hour shifts, with a full-time schedule of 40 hours per week. The clinician will provide anesthesia for all case types, including OB and trauma, with the exception of cardiac and neonatal cases. Required procedures include general anesthesia, MAC, regional anesthesia, and post-operative nerve blocks including extremity and TAP blocks. The anesthesiologist will provide medical direction of CRNAs at a 3:1 and occasionally 4:1 ratio, with call coverage negotiable and structured as 12 or 24-hour shifts with a post-call day off if required.
