JOB DESCRIPTION

Job Impulse, Inc. has an immediate opening for a Logistics Coordinator in Huntsville, AL . Our client is a leading manufacturer of advanced technology and electronic products. The Logistics Coordinator will support receiving, inventory, material preparation, and shipping operations.

Responsibilities of a Logistics Coordinator include:

• Receive, inspect, and store incoming materials.
• Prepare materials for production and shipments.
• Package and prepare goods for shipment.
• Load and unload materials at the dock.
• Assist with inventory counts and maintain accurate records.
• Enter inventory and shipping information into an ERP system.
• Inspect materials for accuracy and report any issues or shortages.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
• Work closely with team members and other company locations.

REQUIRED Experience and Education:

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous logistics, warehouse, shipping, or inventory experience preferred.
• Basic computer and Microsoft Office skills.
• ERP/SAP experience is a plus.
• Basic mechanical knowledge preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Must be dependable and able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
