About Our Client

A company in the property industry based in Miami, specializing in construction projects.

Job Description

Manage on-site construction activities for interior projects.
Coordinate with subcontractors to ensure timely and quality work.
Monitor project schedules and budgets, making adjustments as needed.
Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with safety standards.
Communicate effectively with project teams and stakeholders.
Resolve on-site issues promptly to keep projects on track.
Maintain accurate project documentation and reports.
Ensure adherence to building codes and regulations.

A successful Interior Superintendent should have:

Experience with managing interior construction projects.
Strong knowledge of construction processes, building codes, and safety standards.
Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
Ability to coordinate and communicate effectively with diverse teams.
Proficiency in project management tools and software.
