Chick-fil-A Back of House Manager

We are seeking an experienced Kitchen Manager with a passion for service, excellence, and people to join our team! An ideal candidate possesses the following traits: Enthusiastic Energetic Optimistic Opportunistic Serving Heart Basic Qualifications At least 1-2 years of kitchen leadership experience Passionate about food quality, customer service, and the guest experience Possesses a growth mindset Excellent communication skills Food Service or QSR Management experience preferred Have 1 or more years experience Be authorized to work in the United States Must have reliable transportation Must be able to work various shifts per week and be available weekdays and Saturdays Job Summary Kitchen managers are responsible for assisting the leadership team in all aspects of kitchen operations for the back of house and are responsible for supervising the team members and team leaders for an entire shift and may be assigned to open or close the restaurant following established opening and closing procedures. Kitchen managers ensure food preparation is done according to Chick-fil-A and ServSafe standards and all requirements of food safety are followed and processes/systems are also adhered to with high quality. Managers will also oversee daily quality assessments; hiring, training and scheduling of kitchen staff as well as inventory management and truck ordering processes. You must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and be on your feet for prolonged periods of time. We need leadership to be excited about giving our guests REMARKABLE Service!
