TEKsystems is hiring a Hearing Care Advisor to support a client's team.

Job Description

As a Hearing Care Advisor, you will assist insurance members by answering questions related to their insurance coverage and benefits. This role involves handling a high volume of inbound phone calls, averaging approximately 60 calls per day, with some fluctuation based on call volume.

Responsibilities include:

• Answering inbound calls from insurance members.
• Assisting members with verifying insurance coverage and understanding available benefits.
• Verifying provider networks.
• Helping members locate clinics and audiologists.
• Transferring callers to the inbound team when appointment scheduling assistance is needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum of 2 years of customer service experience.
• Phone-based customer service experience preferred.
• Healthcare experience preferred.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Eden Prairie, MN.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $21.63 - $21.63/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
