Key Responsibilities Collaborate across performance improvement and regulatory readiness functions to elevate outcomes for a diverse patient population. Partner closely with Chief Nursing and Medical leadership, Infection Prevention, Risk Management, Pharmacy, Case Management, and front‑line teams. Conduct root cause analysis and FMEA, core measure and value‑based program performance, accreditation and survey readiness (Joint Commission/CMS/State). Align antimicrobial stewardship, sepsis and readmissions reduction, and create real‑time dashboards that turn data into action.
