Responsibilities

As a Branch Manager , you'll be a leader in a high-performance culture. Extensive training will prepare you to apply business acumen to revenue growth through achieving the highest customer satisfaction.

You Will:

• Lead a branch business with accountability for revenue growth, profitability, customer retention, and employee engagement
• Create and sustain a high-performance culture focused on sales growth, customer satisfaction, and operational execution
• Drive sales performance by coaching sales activities, monitoring key performance indicators, and holding teams accountable for results
• Develop and mentor sales, service, administrative, and leadership team members to maximize performance and career growth
• Recruit, hire, train, and retain top talent across multiple functions
• Conduct regular field coaching, performance evaluations, and development planning
• Analyze business performance metrics and implement strategies to improve productivity, profitability, and customer retention
• Manage branch financial performance, including P&L accountability, budgeting, labor management, and expense control
• Foster strong customer relationships and ensure exceptional service delivery
• Partner with your team to identify growth opportunities within existing and new customer markets
• Build brand awareness and business opportunities within the local community
• Assume full leadership of a branch operation upon successful completion of training

What We're Looking For

We're seeking leaders who combine strong business acumen with a passion for developing people and driving results.

Preferred qualifications include:

• Proven leadership experience in sales, operations, retail, service, logistics, hospitality, or other performance-driven environments
• Demonstrated success driving revenue growth and business performance
• Experience coaching, developing, and leading teams to achieve ambitious goals
• Strong understanding of business metrics, performance management, and customer retention strategies
• Financial acumen with experience managing budgets, operational metrics, or P&L performance preferred
• Ability to motivate teams, influence performance, and create accountability
• Sales leadership or business development experience strongly preferred
• Bachelor's degree preferred; High School Diploma or equivalent required
• Valid driver's license required
• Ability to obtain required pesticide licensing/certification (Company Paid)
• Willingness to relocate within the region following completion of the management training program

Work Environment & Physical Requirements

This role combines leadership responsibilities with occasional field engagement and requires the ability to:

• Safely use ladders within manufacturer weight limits
• Occasionally lift and carry up to 50 pounds
• Access crawl spaces, attics, rooftops, and other confined areas as needed
• Work in various weather conditions
• Wear required personal protective equipment, including OSHA-compliant respirators when necessary
• Perform essential job duties with or without reasonable accommodation
