Remote Payments Operations Specialist

ezyCollect by Sidetrade in Manila, Philippines, is seeking a Payments Operations professional to own onboarding, risk assessment and daily payment processes. You will monitor transactions, manage disputes and provide first-line support while ensuring accurate reconciliation and audit-ready records.

You will collaborate with cross‑functional teams to maintain compliance and improve processes, working Australian business hours from our Manila base.
