Commercial Real Estate Relationship Manager

The Real Estate Operations & Transaction Manager is responsible for supporting the daily operations of the brokerage while ensuring smooth and efficient real estate transactions from contract to closing. This role works directly with the Managing Broker and oversees transaction coordination, CRM management, lead distribution, marketing support, and operational processes to deliver an exceptional experience for clients and agents. Key Responsibilities Manage the Broker’s calendar, email communications, and daily priorities Coordinate meetings, follow‑up tasks, and internal processes Support agent onboarding and compliance requirements Assist with operational problem‑solving and maintain confidentiality Manage real estate transactions from contract to closing Review contracts and transaction documents for accuracy and compliance Monitor deadlines, inspections, escrow deposits, financing, and closing requirements Coordinate commission approvals and post-closing activities Maintain accurate and organized client and lead records Track, qualify, and distribute incoming leads Monitor agent follow‑up and response times Ensure CRM data remains current and accurate Manage property listings across MLS and marketing platforms Coordinate photographers, videographers, and other vendors Create listing descriptions and marketing materials Support open houses and compile client feedback reports Serve as a key point of contact for agents, clients, and vendors Provide timely updates throughout the transaction process Deliver exceptional customer service and support Help ensure a seamless experience from contract to closing Requirements Fully bilingual in English & Spanish Strong organizational and communication skills Excellent customer service abilities Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines Attention to detail and accuracy Proficiency with office software and professional email management Experience with e-signature platforms such as DocuSign or Dotloop Positive attitude and strong work ethic Desire for continuous professional growth Starting Base Salary of $40,000+ 50% of Transaction Coordination Fees Direct Mentorship from the Broker and Leadership Team Professional Development and Growth Dynamic and Collaborative Work Environment Additional Earning Potential from Day One Must-have: Active Florida Real Estate License or commitment to obtain it promptly Preferred: Interest in growing skills in real estate transactions, mortgage origination, or new construction sales; strong communication, negotiation, and client relationship skills; entrepreneurial spirit and self‑motivation Benefits Starting Base Salary of $40,000+ 50% of Transaction Coordination Fees Direct Mentorship from the Broker and Leadership Team Career Advancement Opportunities Professional Development and Growth Dynamic and Collaborative Work Environment Additional Earning Potential from Day One #J-18808-Ljbffr
