The position begins as soon as possible and runs through June 11, 2027, with a consistent weekday schedule of 37.5 hours per week.

Key Qualifications:

• Valid Delaware Special Education Licensure (DE SPED)
• Experience or strong interest in K-12 special education
• Ability to adapt lessons and strategies to meet diverse student needs
• Strong communication and collaborative skills with students, colleagues, and families

Primary Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement IEPs tailored to each student’s strengths and goals
• Maintain accurate records and progress reports
• Provide individualized and group instruction in both inclusive and specialized settings
• Collaborate with general education teachers, paraprofessionals, and support staff
