Description Essential Speech and ABA Therapy, a leading provider in comprehensive ABA therapy, speech therapy, and occupational therapy. We are committed to delivering high-quality, evidence-based interventions to children ages 18 months to 6 years old on the autism spectrum. We are looking for a passionate, organized, enthusiastic, clinically experienced Board Certified Behavior Analyst who is seeking full-time employment to join our team. This role will require both clinical and leadership excellence. If you are ready to join a collaborative, integrated therapy team, this is the position for you! Job Responsibilities Create Individualized, research-based client programs Analyze client progress and update programs as needed Weekly parent training meetings and progress updates Supervise Interns and RBTs in-center. Weekly staff meetings and quarterly in-service training Insurance correspondence (pre-auth requests) Safety Management 30 hours of billable hours per week Support a caseload of 8-12 comprehensive clients with the support of a BCaBA or Lead RBT Work collaboratively with the owner of this site and the office manager to support clients and families. Coordinate care with in-house speech and OT providers. Qualifications BACB Certification BLS / CPR certification Clear background check Excellent oral and written communication skillsAble to lift at least 40 pounds, to sit on the floor, and to be physically active Strong analytical and interpersonal skills Strong working knowledge of behavioral theory and applied behavior analysis Good communication skills, both verbal and written Clinical Support from the Director of Clinical Quality Paid Time Off Paid Holidays Medical, Dental, and Vision benefit Incentive bonuses (based on exceeding billable hour requirements) Why should you join our team?
