As a Security Officer Patrol Agent in Chattanooga, TN , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Logistics & Distribution, and more. Join Allied Universal as an unarmed officer in a fast-paced logistics and distribution location, where you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, remain visible to help deter security-related incidents, and support a welcoming atmosphere through strong customer service and communication. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and/or drivers by following security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a logistics and distribution location.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and report details according to site expectations.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout loading areas, parking areas, dock zones, trailer yards, warehouse spaces, and the perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor access points and traffic flow for staff, visitors, and/or delivery personnel, assisting with entry procedures and observing for unusual activity.
• Support daily operations by communicating with site contacts, documenting security-related concerns, and helping to maintain order during routine and unexpected events.

Minimum Requirements:

• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Being comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
